Meirente Knife Co Ltd stepped in and customized a tungsten steel three-hole blade after deeply understanding the film characteristics and cutting requirements. The new blade adopts a special edge design and high-quality coating to improve cutting accuracy and durability.

After testing, the new blade has a cutting accuracy of ±0.01mm, the film edge is smooth, and the scrap rate is reduced from 8% to 1%. The cutting speed is increased by 50%, greatly improving production efficiency.
