Installation

1. Before installation, carefully check whether the blade is damaged, worn or deformed. If there is any problem, replace it in time to ensure that the blade is of good quality.

2. When installing, insert the blade smoothly into the gap of the cutter head, and it is strictly forbidden to hit it with force to avoid cracks or other damage to the blade, which will affect its performance and service life.

3. After installing the blades, the position of the cutter head must be adjusted to ensure that the blades cooperate well with each other and the gaps are even. For different types of granulators, precise adjustments must be made according to the requirements of the equipment instructions.

Usage process

1. According to the nature and requirements of the cutting material, reasonably select the angle of the blade. The general standard angle is 20°, but it may need to be adjusted to 30° or greater when cutting special materials.

2. Control the cutting depth and speed, avoid cutting too deep or too fast, and prevent excessive wear, overheating or even damage of the blade.

3. Keep the working area clean and prevent foreign matter from entering the cutting area to avoid damaging the blade or affecting the cutting effect.

Maintenance

4. Use special cleaning agent to clean the blade before and after use to remove residual debris and stains from cutting.

5. Lubricate the blade regularly and use special lubricating oil to reduce the friction between the blade and the material and reduce the degree of wear.
