At the meeting, Wang Shequan, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Chinatungsten High-tech and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Zhuzuan Company, delivered a speech and said that tool technology plays an important role in the development of the manufacturing industry. Liu Zhanqiang, Vice President of Shandong University Weihai Branch, also delivered a speech, pointing out that advanced cutting tool technology is an important engine for promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry and rapid economic growth. 11 tool industry experts and scholars from different companies and universities gave special reports on topics such as advanced tool materials and coatings, tool equipment manufacturing technology, digital simulation technology, digital tools and applications, and multi-energy field-assisted processing technology, which attracted the attention of the participants. The lively discussion and in-depth thinking further promoted the cooperation between industry, academia and research in the field of cutting tools, which helped to enhance the core competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry and promote the high-quality development of the country's manufacturing industry.
